Quick answer
To complete a stow task:
- review the pending task;
- choose Start Stowing;
- walk to the suggested or intended storage bin;
- scan the bin barcode;
- scan each physical unit being placed;
- continue until the full task quantity has been stowed.
The bin must be confirmed before LaSyncro accepts an item placement.
Review the task
Before starting, review the product and quantity shown in the Stow session.
A location may already be suggested for the task.
Use that as guidance for where the stock should be stored.
Confirm the destination bin
Walk to the physical storage location.
Scan its bin barcode, or enter its location code when using manual input.
The scanned location becomes the active bin.
If the location cannot be recognised, scan the bin label again or choose another valid active storage bin.
Scan the unit
After the bin is active, scan the physical item.
The interface accepts an LSU unit label or a resolvable product barcode.
A successful scan commits exactly one physical unit.
Do not scan multiple units as a single quantity.
If the wrong item is scanned
LaSyncro rejects a unit that does not belong to the active stow task.
Scan a unit matching the product that the task expects.
For workflows requiring a specific physical LSU, LaSyncro can also reject a different unit and ask for the expected LSU.
Watch the remaining quantity
Stow progress is saved after each successful placement.
The remaining quantity is calculated from the progress committed by the backend rather than from an unsaved browser count.
If more units remain, continue scanning them.
Change bins when necessary
The active destination does not have to remain unchanged for the entire session.
If you physically move to another valid storage bin, scan that bin before continuing.
The newly confirmed location becomes the active destination for subsequent placements.
Finish the task
The task completes only after its full required quantity has been placed successfully.
When the final unit is confirmed, LaSyncro completes the task and advances to the next available stow work.
