Use the product catalog

Use the Catalog view to review physical products, variants, inventory quantities, and sellability status.

Quick answer

Use Inventory -> Catalog to review physical products and variants synced into LaSyncro.

The Catalog is a read-only operations view. It helps you see what is sellable, what is blocked, and which products need attention before warehouse work can run cleanly.

What appears in the Catalog

The Catalog lists physical products and variants.

For each product, the main list shows:

  • product image or initial;
  • product name;
  • number of variants;
  • On-hand quantity;
  • Available quantity;
  • current Status;
  • an action when the current status has a relevant next step.

Digital, service, and gift-card products are excluded from the warehouse catalog signals because they do not require physical warehouse inventory.

Understand Catalog health

The Catalog health panel summarizes:

  • Sellable
  • Blocked
  • Phantom
  • Zero stock
  • Missing SKU
  • Not received
  • Variants

Use this panel to understand whether a product problem is about product identity, warehouse receiving, stock quantity, or inventory records.

Understand product status

Catalog rows can show these statuses:

  • Sellable: the product has recorded on-hand stock.
  • Not received: the variant has a SKU but no warehouse inventory record.
  • Phantom: on-hand stock is below zero, which indicates recorded sales without recorded receiving.
  • No SKU: at least one variant is missing a SKU.
  • Zero stock: the product has an inventory record, but on-hand stock is zero.

For the correction workflow behind each status, use Fix product readiness issues.

Use the Needs attention panel

The Needs attention panel groups blocked stock into action rows.

Depending on the issue, the row can take you to:

  • Warehouse operations for phantom stock;
  • the missing-SKU section lower in Catalog;
  • the not-received section lower in Catalog;
  • supplier purchasing for zero-stock products.

The Catalog does not edit Shopify product data directly.

Use Catalog drift

Catalog drift shows products added during the selected period.

Use it to check recently added products before warehouse work depends on them. For new products, verify SKU, cost, and bin readiness.

Sort and page through products

You can sort the main list by:

  • Product
  • Variants
  • On-hand
  • Available
  • Status

Use the page-size controls to show more or fewer products at once.

If a product is missing from Catalog

Confirm that:

  • the product is physical;
  • the product or variant is active;
  • Shopify sync has completed;
  • the product exists in Shopify with the expected SKU data.

If the product is present but cannot be used in warehouse work, check the status and follow the related readiness article.
