Packing

Set up carriers and shipping labels

Connect carrier settings so LaSyncro can generate labels during packing and track shipments after handoff.

Quick answer

Owners and admins set up shipping from Settings -> Carriers.

Carrier setup controls whether LaSyncro can generate shipping labels during packing and receive tracking updates after parcels leave the warehouse.

The current carrier options are Sendcloud and Shippo.

Open carrier settings

Open Settings, then choose Carriers.

The page includes:

  • Carrier Pickup Time;
  • Sender address;
  • carrier connection cards;
  • live tracking update setup for connected carriers.

Set the carrier pickup time

Use Carrier Pickup Time for the daily time your carrier collects parcels.

This time drives the warehouse countdown and required throughput signals where those analytics are shown.

Leave the time blank if you do not want LaSyncro to show the pickup countdown.

Add a sender address

Use Sender address to store the warehouse or company address used for labels.

LaSyncro asks for:

  • warehouse or company name;
  • street address;
  • city;
  • postal code;
  • country;
  • phone.

State or region, apartment or suite, and email are optional fields.

The first saved sender address becomes the default. If you have more than one address, choose Make default on the address LaSyncro should use.

Some carriers need a sender address before labels can be generated. Shippo uses the sender address saved in LaSyncro. Sendcloud uses the sender address configured in your Sendcloud account.

Connect Sendcloud

Use the Sendcloud card when your shop uses Sendcloud for shipping labels.

Enter the carrier credentials requested by the form, then choose Connect Sendcloud.

When Sendcloud is connected, the card shows Connected and includes Disconnect.

Sendcloud also includes an Include return slip setting. Turn it on when you want the generated A4 invoice to include the return slip area supported by the current Sendcloud setup.

Connect Shippo

Use the Shippo card when your shop uses Shippo for shipping labels.

Enter the carrier credential requested by the form, then choose Connect Shippo.

When Shippo is connected, the card shows Connected and includes Disconnect.

Shippo label generation requires a usable default sender address and a recipient phone number from the order.

Configure live tracking updates

Connected carrier cards can show live tracking update controls.

Use these controls when you want LaSyncro to receive carrier tracking events after labels are created.

If you rotate or revoke tracking update access, update the carrier side immediately so tracking updates do not stop.

Generate labels during packing

During a pack session, LaSyncro tries to generate or reuse the carrier label for the order.

Pack mode does not currently ask you to choose between connected carriers for each parcel. If more than one carrier connection is active, verify the generated label before handoff.

If a label URL is available, it opens during packing while the invoice is sent to the invoice printer.

If label generation fails, the pack session can show:

Printing incomplete — check the invoice printer and carrier setup. You can still proceed.

Do not hand the parcel to the carrier until the correct label is available.

Backfill missing labels from Outbound

If shipped orders are missing customer-visible tracking and a carrier is configured, Outbound can show Backfill labels.

Use this only for orders that need labels generated after the normal packing step.

LaSyncro reports how many labels succeeded or failed.

Who can manage carriers

Carrier connection, pickup time, and sender address changes are intended for owners and admins.

Operators can pack orders, but carrier setup is not part of the normal operator workflow.
