Quick answer
LaSyncro syncs Shopify data needed to run warehouse workflows, then shows the current sync state from the top navigation.
The sync status pill shows Live when the current Shopify integration is marked complete and Syncing while it is not complete.
Owners and admins can open the sync popover and request a manual Resync for the connected Shopify integration.
What LaSyncro syncs from Shopify
The Shopify sync imports product and order data that LaSyncro uses for warehouse operations.
For products, LaSyncro reads product and variant information such as titles, SKUs, barcodes, images, status, inventory-related values, and pricing or cost values when Shopify provides them.
For orders, LaSyncro reads order details such as order identity, dates, totals, line items, fulfillment and payment status, shipping address, and the Shopify customer identity attached to the order when one exists.
LaSyncro also records opening inventory quantities from Shopify so warehouse inventory can start from the connected catalog state.
Where to check sync status
In the top navigation, use the sync pill.
The pill shows:
- Live when LaSyncro sees the Shopify integration as complete;
- Syncing when the integration is still pending, syncing, or otherwise not complete.
Select the pill to open the Catalog Sync popover.
The popover can show:
- the last updated time available for the sync record;
- counts for products, variants, and orders currently recorded in LaSyncro;
- recently synced products.
Request a manual resync
Open the Catalog Sync popover and select Resync.
LaSyncro sends a new sync request for the current Shopify integration.
While the request is being submitted, the control shows Syncing. After the request completes, LaSyncro refreshes the sync status shown in the popover.
A manual resync is a request to run the sync again. It does not mean every number in the popover changes immediately.
If sync is still not complete
If the pill continues to show Syncing, give the sync time to finish.
If the sync appears stuck or the connection itself failed, continue with Troubleshoot your Shopify connection and include the current sync status when contacting support.
