Quick answer
You can print LaSyncro product labels individually or select multiple products and generate a batch PDF label sheet.
If a selected product does not already have a LaSyncro LSP identity, LaSyncro creates one automatically before generating the label.
Print a single product label
Open the Product Barcodes area in Floor Planning.
For a product that needs a LaSyncro label, select Print label.
LaSyncro then:
- checks whether the product already has an LSP identity;
- creates one if necessary;
- generates the product label as a PDF.
If printing fails, the product row provides a Retry action.
Reprint an existing label
Printing again does not create a different LSP identity.
LaSyncro reuses the product's stored LSP code when generating the new label.
Print multiple product labels
You can also select multiple products and use the batch-print workflow.
Selection can include:
- products with supplier barcodes;
- products without supplier barcodes;
- products that already have LaSyncro labels.
For any selected product that does not yet have an LSP identity, LaSyncro creates one as part of the batch operation.
The selected labels are returned as a single PDF label sheet.
Products with supplier barcodes
Having an existing supplier EAN or UPC does not prevent you from printing a LaSyncro label.
The supplier barcode and the LaSyncro LSP identity remain separate.
Who can print product labels
Product-label printing uses Floor Planning write access.
Owners and admins have this access by default.
Operators do not have Floor Planning write access.
