Quick answer
Sign in with the email address and password associated with your LaSyncro account.
If your credentials are accepted, LaSyncro opens the appropriate workspace for your account.
Sign in
- Open the LaSyncro sign-in screen.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your password.
- Select Sign in.
If you were previously sent to the sign-in screen from another protected page, LaSyncro may return you to that page after authentication.
Otherwise:
- operators normally continue to the warehouse operations workspace;
- owners and admins normally continue to the Overview.
If your email or password is incorrect
LaSyncro shows a generic Invalid email or password message when the credentials cannot be authenticated.
Check:
- that you entered the correct email address;
- that your password is entered exactly as expected;
- that there are no accidental spaces before or after your password.
For security, LaSyncro does not identify whether the email address or the password was the incorrect value.
If you forgot your password
Select Forgot password? from the sign-in screen.
Follow the password-reset process to request a reset link and choose a new password.
